Some moths don't have mouths, so they can't eat or drink. It seems like they would've died before the Fall, but this would falsify your belief.

Hmmm. I wonder if moths without mouths have lost their mouths over time. This should be evidenced by "underdeveloped" mouth parts, and not complete absence.

Whats the point of having stomachs or intestines in a human being before the fall? The reason we have them is so that we can digest and absorb nutrients in order to survive, but if there is no death, there is no need for food, let alone the ability to absorb nutrients.

Whats the point of having any of the organs, really? If i removed Adams heart before the fall, he would not die, would he?

This is a pretty pathetic challenge, so I think I'll give you an answer. Science is far from my best subject, but I think I'll be able to give an answer this time.

If those moths don't have mouths, there must be another way through which they survive. If not , there's no way they'd last this long.

I think you provided a pretty pathetic answer that doesn't even address the question. I'm asking how did individual moths survive before the Fall without mouths, since there was no death before the Fall.

I'm not asking how the population maintains itself, but how an individual maintains itself.

This is a pointless question, as there was no death before the Fall.

I'm just asking for a theoretical means of moth surviving with a mouth.

Well, i just looked up a moth that doesnt have a mouth. Apparently it doesnt eat, and survives from its caterpillar stage for the sole purpose of mating.

I looked it up too and according to Wikipedia, they have vestigial mouthparts so they did once have a mouth.
