Truth is just that which hasn't been falsified.

Is this a good way to think about things?

Absolutely naught. Argument of ignorance.

True means to conform or be in accordance with fact. Fact is the repeated observations or measurements to be consistent.

If something is consistent with the observations for this reality it is true. Not everything is to be assumed true. Those observations could be misleading and the fact reversed or changed.

Isn't change a good thing, if it's false it's false.

I feel like If I feel like anything is true, that is because nothing =false
apple/=car because the assumption can be falsified.
