How so? I watched a documentary on it and there's just too much damage done to the human body for it to survive.

Really where does the meaning of death really matter?
In the body?
or in the mind?

No. And death isn't even a disease. There can't be a cure for something like that.

Is immortality possible?

If you can cure death with cybernetic implants, I'd rather die. I don't wanna function through a cyborg-like system. I like my frail and fragile flesh body.
If I went back in time and murdered my grandmother, therefor preventing my existence, then who killed my grandmother?

Well ironically, those are the very words i said...'m not sure what's good for me anymore...maybe existing inside the cybernetic body of an artificially intelligent being is better than suffering in this fragile human body...

cancer is always a concern when making cells replicate. While it is too early to tell, it might be possible to preserve a persons consciousness for some time, but even if it were possible nothing is forever in this universe.
