Can anyone explain why there exists an absolute zero (-273 degrees Celsius), but there is no limit to how hot something can be?

Energy can be absolute zero, but it has no definite limit. Negative energy does not exist in terms of temperature, so it is impossible to go infinitely lower. Eventually, there is no energy.

RHIC produced 4 trillion degrees Celsius temperatures recently from near speed of light collision, which is around 250, 000 times hotter than the sun's core.

If matter was vibrating at the speed of light wouldn't that be the highest temperature?

I'm pretty sure it supposedly couldn't go that fast.
