Well, wind is created by unequal heating of the atmosphere, so maybe there will be more wind. Also, there is a method for generating power based upon the temperature difference between the surface of the ocean and the ocean depths. There is a demo plant in Hawaii. The deep ocean temperature lags by about 800 years or so, so a warmer surface would translate to more power.

However, belle is right that the temperature differences are too small to be significant. A more appealing prospect is putting solar power stations in orbit and beaming the power down with microwaves. This has been studied for decades, and it is not a technical problem, it is a cost issue. The high orbit can be designed so the power station is never eclipsed, and there are no clouds in the way. The full power is available 24/7.
