The LHC started up again yesterday at 13TeV versus 8TeV when higgs verified. More measurements on higgs boson. This time around though, they hope to gain much more understanding in many other areas.

Here is a good page on the areas the increased energy may unveil. Much analysis will go around confirming or rejecting Supersymmetry. It would be cool to get some evidence of dark matter. It will be years, but can't wait for this second round.
