A good finding about a mutation found in 2% Europeans and 15% of Han Chinese, but 100% of Inuit.

* Genetic difference allows them to eat large quantities of Omega-3 fats and it lowers bad cholesteral and lower fasting insulin levels.

* Also linked to make them shorter.

I think in about 20 years we should have the ability to customize diet and gut bacteria profile to an individual's genome.

We are upon very exciting times when it comes to the human body and our ability to fully understand it.

I think intestinal flora has a huge way to go as well.
