"Doesn't it tell you a little more about science's relation to the world when, on debate.org, there are more religion threads than science threads?"

Just wanted to share this old thread. What do you people think of this?

Nothing much changes, does it? *sigh*
Fu-Ming: "Here we have a wasp and spider trapped in amber. No visible evolutionary changes".

Reality: Both spider and wasp are extinct. Sub-species of same wasp now parasitizes spider eggs.

There are many more confused people in the scientific world than the religious worlds. Science keeps changing so it's hard to follow and believe in.

Religion started with the first false god ever built so each false god has produced millions of various religious groups who don't have a clue where the knowledge came from to build those false gods. They will continue to argue about these things until they're all dead.

It doesn't surprise me. Most people have no interest in science.

I'm thinking it's because not to many people are familiar with science and are afraid to engage in it because they have no idea what anything means/is/are so they just avoid it altogether.
Be who you are, Say what you feel, Because those who mind don"t matter, And those who matter don't mind.
