Today we hit a very scary but major milestone. This EARTH as we know it, now has over 7 billion human beings crawling around on it. This is bad news for those abortionists and tree huggers. I guess that this is a sign right. We are having way too many babies for our own good. The human race has grown for many various reasons. But the primary reason is because we as a whole, are living much longer nowadays. This is a good thing if you ask me. Our resources will only run dry if we do not take care of our planet and use them in moderation. What do you think ?

Birth rates are also dropping so it is suspected that the earth's population will stabilise around the ten billion mark. I don't really care, earth has plentiful resources.
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

Its not a bad thing. The birth rates are going down right now, mainly in European and Asian countries. As long as we use our resources carefully, we will be just fine.

We do need to find better energy sources before we run out and fight over what's left.

Yeah, the percentage of white people is going down has dropping fast over the last decade. Your numbers will start to fall soon.

Being black I can't be a white nationalist but now only untra-racists seem to care. Why are you not conserned... is it because race is meaningless? Civic sense of identity? fatalism?

Ah, so it's a civic idea of humanity or identity.

On your opinions, I respect them. You do not see it as a loss. While away I've went around the webz and followed the thinking of racialists, racists and people of the sort. Their ethos was summed up best by the words of Muhammed Ali: "You're a hater of your people if you don't want to stay who you are. You're ashamed of what God made you? God didn't make no mistake when he made us all." God aside, it's a reactionary position that puts moral emphasis on racial difference: diverse and unique. In the simplest form it is the idea of a "separate but equal ruling" culture system, to the extreme it's a Nazi like ethnocentric contempt.

One thing however,
Races are very much real, it's a general term we use to descrie the dominate haplogroup mixtures found on the globe back in 5000 BC. The old races before migration and mixture are our general races. We use worlds like Slav, Arab, Bantu, Han to describe the most populous populations. Since diversion these humanities have mixed with other sub species: homo neanderthal, denisova hominine ect. That, with natural evolution, has left us with different forms of contemporary human, each with various proficiencies and areas of weakness.

Yeah right.

Firstly, you are simply an idiot if you don't think fossil fuels are running out. Unless they somehow magically create themselves in a millionth of the time that we have scientifically shown they create themselves in, or the middle of the earth is a million times concentrate oil, then we are running out. Fossil fuels, strangely enough, aren't renewable at a reasonable rate.

Secondly, according to some groups, we've already overstepped our ecological footprint, and we are already overpopulated. But the majority of scolars say that the 's limit is around 8-10 billion. So how much time do we have?

Actually not everyone is entirely sure about that, oil fields have been known to 'regenerate'. And no one has actually established how long it takes for fossil fuels to form.

Why do "scholars" always own the book on what the future will bring. They have been wrong ten out of ten times. What have scholars gotten right in the past 40 years as far as what life would be like today. Not just 20 years ago they predicted a coming ice age. Wrong. They predicted hundreds and hundreds of things, all wrong. I predict in less than ten years there will be world war, and destitute poverty and anarchy everywhere. The economies of the world are going to collapse and rioting and looting will be the rule of the day. You are not going to give a rats behind about the enviroment.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

This happened after southernization in India, and directly following the emergence of agricultural communities, its nothing new, the only difference if humans have now populated most of the earth.

If we want to expand send like 4 billion people to the moon or something...

There are many resources that we use now that are not necessarily something that we need in order to survive. We can still live as long as we have what we need.

I think you are wrong. I have seen many a study showing how we will run out of fossil fuels very shortly. While we may not need fossil fuels to survive, our entire world runs off of cars. Having no more fossil fuels would crash that entire system.

Really? I though our fossil fuel supply was running low

Thought* is the word you're looking for, but no, they are not running low. With the current fuel economy of average automobiles on the road today, petrolium will easily last a good 300 years before deminishing. By then, it's reasonable to say that automobiles would have evolved to meet the needs of deminishing fuel sources; they could be getting 100+ mpg by then, if not 200, 300, or more. Even before we run out of gasoline, biofuels would probably have replaced petrolium for the bare purpose of economic gain and performance.
