Did you hear the story about the young Black teen boy who was gunned down in cold blood. This story is not over, and an investigation is now being furthered
by the FBI as we speak. There was an injustice done here and it could have happened to anybody at any given time. If this kid had been White, I would have felt the exact same way about this controversial situation. There is a thin line between love and hate. So we must be careful when exercising our formal
judgment about a terrible situation such as this. There is no need for us as a nation to allow something like this to seperate us even more. Here is the link below for all of you to see. What do you think about this latest news.

Here's the bottom line: All relelvant evidence seems to point to that man having murdered that young boy and was not self-defense, plain and simple. He stalked him and killed a defenseless boy, then tried to cover it up and invoked a law abusively.

What is really irritating me is the media's penchant for constantly bringing up the man's presumed racist tendencies, as if it somehow makes it more deplorable than if he had other motives. Do I believe there is sufficient evidence to say that he harbored racist tendencies and was paranoid? Absolutely.

But motive and intent are entirely different aspects of jurisprudence, and people seldom seem to understand this. Motive is really only relevant when trying to establish guilt. The fact that he intentionally killed a boy, regardless of his reasons, are the most important aspect.

Would it have been better had the man killed him because he was a serial killer? Or if he killed him to rob him? The net result is still someone murdered, which is irrelevant to the motive. Whether he killed over something as frivolous as race or as frivolous as what kind of car he drove is needlessly overshadwoing the most important thing -- the murder itself.

The media turning this into a racial situation is detracting from the case and is dishonestly used to inflate the severity of the crime.

This is not about the media. You Cons are always looking for excuses.........
But reality trumps anything that you can throw at her. Your words and opioions only mean that you are not willing to accept the harsh reality of our society or Americans indiscretions. Get rid of your White guilt complex.
This is not about race. This is about justice. And it shall be served.
