Anyone see this documentary?

It makes some very interesting points about the rise of obesity in our country correlated with some other societal changes we have made over the past few decades. We have enough technology and resources to keep the world fed but instead we have turned into a nation that is a slave to the sub-par food that we eat. (think about africa, such an abundant part of the world, but poor and starving due to their governmental system that dictates them in order to keep their wealth) The food we eat affects everything from our happiness to our productivity to our mental aptitude.

We are so fat and lazy. Our farmers are being dictated by the government (through laws, money and resources given to the farmers) to produce certain products in a certain way. our government is being dictated by the people that make the most out of other peoples expense. Our kids are being fed crap in school and they don't have proper physical education any more even though studies have shown that physical fitness improves mental focus and raises test scores. Why? Because our schools are dictated by the corporations that have the money to control their products and laws.

If people got off of their a$$es things could be a lot different. The only laws that can be enforced are the ones that the majority of people allow to be kept in place. We can blame it on the government or blame it on the capitalist agenda but it is each and every one of our faults that we are fat and lazy and turn a blind eye to the millions of people that are starving around the world, and the millions of people who die in our own country from diseases directly related to food consumption. If you keep supporting a faulty system because it is the easy, efficient thing to do, then the system keeps gaining power and control over you....

What are your thoughts on the food industry and how do you think it should change?

Greetings Licki-foot. It has nothing to do with exercise. But everything with the death of our youth. The FDA is part of the New World Orders initiative to downsize the human species and poison our bodies with toxins mainly from processed foods. The life-span of this millenium generation will decline very soon.
