So what has this country come to now.............We already understand the fact
that we do not want kids bringing guns to school. However, in some cases, things can go to the extreme. Like this case. Now why on Earth would we have
a 5 year old girl arrested for bringing a toy gun to class. Not just any toy gun, but one that shoots bubbles. LOL ! You have got to see this to believe it.
What are your thoughts about this.

WTF are you talking about?
The girl was arrested for a tantrum, not bringing a bubble gun to school.

As far as the police being involved, what would you have the teacher do? The child was hitting the teacher, and if she were to strike the child, what would happen? Would it be abuse or excessive force for the teacher to restrain the child?
If the child would have hit another child, who would be to blame?

I blame a litigious society. The parents are suing the teacher/school for this. Why? If the police over-reacted by arresting the child, fine, sue them, but what did the school do wrong? What should the school have done?
My work here is, finally, done.

You obviously didn't cite a source that referenced it.

In the source you provided, they specifically stated that the child was arrested for a tantrum, not bringing a toy gun. So, if you are going to make the claim that she was arrested for bringing a toy to school, you should have provided a link that says so. Or at least, not provided a link that contradicts your claim.

Bubble guns are the #1 cause of unbearable cuteness. It's time we got serious about this cuddly scourge.

Bubble guns don't cause cheek injuries, fat Italian aunts do.
