At what point does it start becoming "odd"

...to have never been on a date? Or kissed a girl? Or had sex?

I realize there's obviously a level of personal readiness to the idea of starting, but at what age, if I told you I was, would you start being surprised to hear that someone hadn't had whatever level of experience in romance yet? Barring circumstances like being a closeted homosexual and obviously not being able to proceed as a result. Assume this is coming from an average not particularly offensive heterosexual male.

I haven't been on a "date", first kiss was at 18, first root at 21. I'd be surprised if the average Joe/Jane hadn't done those things by the age of 20, as by that time most socially awkward people have found at least one person more desperate than they are.
