I don't know much about Fascist Italy, but I haven't heard anything good come out of it.

As for Stalin, I believe he was the one that pushed for the failed 5 year plans, however he did keep a system doomed to fail afloat, so I'll give him that.

Hitler in contrast, took over a nice chunk of Europe, part of Africa, eliminated unemployment and brought Germany out of the Great Depression. However he did way to much stuff while fighting WWII instead of just fighting WWII.

So, to answer your question, Hitler definitely did, while Stalin may have, and I doubt Mussolini did.

The only one of these men to have not caused their country to be almost completely destroyed was Stalin - who caused millions of Soviets to die. So no. All of them either annihilated their countries or killed so many people in those countries that their tenure was a very dark time in that nations' history.
