It was a fake, for a Nokia commercial. It isn't real.

He was human, although I cannot guarantee that everything he did in film because, well it's film.

Yeah I didn't realize the ping pong thing was fake, but he still had some great physical and mental disciplines. I have been interested in body building a lot this last year, but confused as to how to go about it - I certainly don't want to bulk up and lose my agility and versatility! I like being light because I am nimble and I don't want any more stress on my joints than I absolutely have to have. Bruce Lee's physique is perfect! Powerful yet lean and agile, not bulky and awkward like the grunting machomen at the gym who all just end up getting fat eventually.

Yes, he was human. Originally a student of Yip Kai-man he remains highly influential on my families martial arts technique. Highly skilled, and a true influence for those who wish to master Wing Chun among other Eastern close-combat techniques.

I enjoyed watching his films before practicing in the home gym throughout my youth. He still gets me fired up. I respect the man greatly.

"The bud disappears when the blossom breaks through, and we might say that the former is refuted by the latter; in the same way when the fruit comes, the blossom may be explained to be a false form of the plant's existence, for the fruit appears as its true nature in place of the blossom. These stages are not merely differentiated; they supplant one another as being incompatible with one another." G. W. F. HEGEL
