Should people be held accountable for what they post in places like Twitter and Facebook if they are:

1. Vicious assaults on people or businesses
2. That cannot be substantiated by facts
3. That lead to damages

I feel responsible free speech is awesome but when did we cross the line into full on Bullies? Most of the them adults.

What does libel have to do with free speech?
Are you suggesting libel/slander is, in fact, free speech?

No. Opposite. I think we are numbed down so far we can't distinguish free speech from libel anymore.
