Whenever I see poor people and children barefoot, helpless who have fled fom war in syria, something like bullet comes to my heart, I want to weep and damn to Essad;

Damn to Essad, damn to all the supporters!

There is and will always be an abundance of grief throughout life, whether it pertains to you or relates to others. What has helped me, and is just my personal input, has attempted to detach myself from my emotions and avoid responding to grief with a knee jerk reaction. I can't remove my emotions, but practicing remaining reasonable and logical has helped me avoid being vulnerable and irrational. I have always viewed logic and reason a more superior method of solving conflicts and resolving problems, rather than allowing emotions and feelings to obfuscate my life.
