Fascists are bad, I think most of us can agree on that, but what if they tried to do something good for society? Historically, fascists tried to gain power usually by mobilizing the lower classes with the promise of government security and prosperity in a time of weakness. Take Greece's Golden Dawn for example, an organization that has started "soup kitchens" http://greece.greekreporter.com... for Greeks only. So, let's say that a group of fascists started "charity" programs, such as a soup kitchen, in the United States. They are engaging in altruistic behavior, but at the same time let's say they're also openly supporting a fascist ideology, giving out fascist pamphlets, and openly advocating the violent overthrow of the government to install a fascist regime. We can also say that they're discriminating against some parts of society as well. Should the government, knowing they are spreading a hateful and dangerous ideology to people through altruistic means, shut the service down? Would it be constitutional to do so?

No, they most definately should not shut it down. Free speech and freedom of expression to believe what you want to believe, and persuade others to do so. And especially if they are doing good for the community.

That depends on the nature of their discrimination and the advocation of violent rebellion. Without those details we cannot answer those questions.

The Golden Dawn in the example are only giving soup to pure Greeks, and the advocacy would be coaxing people into joining their organization that openly expresses the goal for a violent uprising, such as what happened with the Russian Revolution.

Are we so deep into capitalist/zionist propaganda that even fascists that invert time to help society are still regarded as bad people?

I wouldn't shut the service down just because I don't agree with their ideology.

If the fascist hide their agenda through propaganda, then it's up to the opposition to expose them, but people have the ability to decide for themselves if they want soup from fascist or not, some might not even care about the ideology at all and just want some free soup, it's fine.
