well yeah, you don't hire permanent people so you don't have the extra huge cost of benefits, especially health insurance, falls right in line with the companies (non union) who only hire people for less than 30 hours a week, just below the hour cap.

By the way, you should check out the bourbon trail. Distilleries, golf courses, 5 star hotels and restaurants, lincolns cabin, horse farms. It's a different kind of vacation but lots of history.
