When I was in my early 20s I did a 10k in 43:15. Was thinking about re-running it this April (haven't started training yet, haven't ran since last summer) but I have put on an extra 10-15 lbs in my late twenties that doesn't seem to be going anywhere and I doubt I'll be as good.

4:30 1600 Indoors
15:40 5k Cross Country

I'm running the 3200 Indoors in about a week and expect 9:20s. This is with no anaerobic training btw
