Man, this is sad. On any other forum, this topic would be seeing so much more attention haha. Uhh...are the Packers still around? I'll put my money on them =D

When does it start? I tend to enjoy American Football. Any online streaming places good to watch it either?

Good call on your Super Bowl picks. I think Minnesota, barring major injuries or Bret Favre throwing 5 INTs per game, should make a deep run.

As for streaming audio/video, Com's link should point you in the right direction.

www.espn.com might have some links.

But www.nfl.com will also provide links to each team's home page, each of which may have links to streaming local radio broadcasts, for free.

I pay just little enough attention not to actually have a clue what might happen in the season. Keep's suspense high. Though I hope the post above me is right about the Vikings :).

Why do you like the Vikings if you live in Seattle? Shouldn't you be a Seahawks fan?

I was born in South Dakota. And my father lives in Minnesota, and did during the years sports team preferences tend to be cemented too.

And as such, I've been a Vikings fan long enough to very much dislike Favre most of his career.

But all is forgiven :).

I'm somewhat similar. My dad was born and raised in Pittsburgh, though I was raised in Cleveland. So I'm a rare hybrid Steelers/Browns fan, although it's been a lot easier, for a long time, to root for the Burgh.

Vikings, Seahawks, Saints are my fav NFC teams.

I saw a preseason game last year in Seattle; Qwest Field knows how to host a football game.

I can understand hybrid fandom

but in the same division? That's gotta get annoying ;p

it looks like new orleans and balt.

but i doubt that also, it is just the best offense vs the best def.

STEELERS AND BROWNS JUST DON"T WORK!!!! You can only like one to prevent killing yourself from the inside. It's not the same division that's the problem, they're HUGE rivals.

Good luck finding any place to watch it online, but this site has close to every game's audio. Just takes a bit of searching.
