Charles Woodson or Jared Allen will probably win (Allen most likely) but D. Revis would win if he were on a better team and got more exposure and wins under his belt.

I dont think you need to have a winning record to win this award many defensive players of the year winners have won the award without having a good record like Michael Strahan and J Taylor
