Mcnabb is an redskin. Eagles get 2nd rounder 3rd rounder 4th rounder. That's some serious disrespect, trading him in division, even for that price
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.

Allegedly, they traded him there out of respect for his wishes. He didn't want to go to Buffalo or Oakland, so they tendered his first preference (based on interested teams).

By respect, I meant football respect, not wish respect. ^_^.

But I think it shows a lot of respect to allow that, if it's what McNabb wanted, because of that risk. It might be stupid, but who knows?

If Washington can develop an offensive line, they can be dangerous. Once again, Shanahan begins coaching a team with a pedigreed QB in the last years of his career; plus, they have a solid running game already.

Don't forget, Portis began his career in Denver (coached by Shanahan). They don't need to get the biggest OLs, but they'll want speed for that zone-blocking scheme. Shanahan's ex-OL coach is currently in Atlanta, however.

Wish Carolina picked him up. With a running game like the Panthers have, its crazy to think what they could do on offense with a competent passer.
When Reach fell, I came.
