I think that it is about time that FIFA add some technology to the sport, namely instant replay. I think that if it is done properly, it will not "slow down" the sport. With enough camera placement and enough judges, this could be accomplished.

For example, a 5th Ref watching the game on a monitor can easily inform the field Ref as too any errors or chicanery. This can happen very quickly and would not slow down the game. Once can even say that the field Ref has the final say BUT he should be sanctioned if he disregards the 5th official's call. So many wrongly called penalties, cards, offsides, missed calls, etc. could be corrected.

What say you?

*Gasp* I'm guessing you're not a soccer fan? Then again, even most non-soccer fans know what FIFA is.

FIFA is to soccer what NFL is to football, but on a global level.

Hi Dude

I agree with you that FIFA should utilize the Latest Technology available in use with soccer. Otherwise the referee faults could alter the game scenario and chances of winning team may loose and losing team may win.
