Which are you going to buy?

I had Live 2010 last year, but I'm going to have to go with NBA 2K11 this year.

Elite = Live

That's just an extra mode. It's just a normal basketball game, the Jordan mode doesn't hinder that.

NBA Elite has unrealiztic animations, really fast jerky movements, and a ridiculous shooting system where there's a meter that you have to align while mid-air.

NBA 2K11 has realistic gameplay, better graphics, a new easier trick controls, and signature moves.

2k10 had quite a bit of odd glitches in it still, it definitely felt unpolished, overall gameplay was fine, but there were little things that definitely made you realize you were playing a basketball game.

I was still probably going to buy it, however I will destroy the cover it sufficiently and replace it probably with a John Wooden cover.
