How a kicker like Blair Walsh who is 33-34 for his career inside 30 yards can miss a chipshot 27 yarder as badly as he did?

I've heard many people say pressure but if that was the case, how was he able to make a 40+ yard field goal? 10s of millions of people were watching that kick as well. And how was the Steelers kicker able to make a 35 yarder, on the road no less then?

Blair Walsh is a pro bowl kicker, one of the best in the NFL, but he lets the pressure get to him? He's kicked in the playoffs before, this is not new to him.

It just seems odd... it couldn't have been fixed... could it? After all, Panthers Seahawks is a much bigger eye catching matchup than Vikings Cardinals.

It's just one of those kicks you see and then say to yourself, ".....but you get paid millions of dollars to a kick a ball" in shame. Shouldn't have missed that, at all. Especially not as badly as he did.
