Seattle Seahawks. For no reason. Maybe because I lived there for 4 years, I just like them.

Panthers. With their insane record and their habit of destroying teams by 20-30 points makes them look scary.

Both teams have hood defenses, but it won't matter when the Panthers are just going to shoot over the wall and score.

Denver is going to win. They have more experience, and their defense will overwhelm the offense of the Panthers.

I think the Panthers are too big if scorers to be stopped. Remember how they struggled to beat NE, a high offense team? Carolina can scores 30-40 points like it's no problem.

Giving it to the Panthers. Cam Newton's turned out to be one of, if not the best QB in the league this season. JStew has actually started to do sh!t, and their defense isn't half bad, either (and by that I mean it's great, Broncos D is better, but it's not a huge leap).

They're not. I'm honestly surprised they lost to the Panthers. They were playing out of their bloody minds second half of the season.

I did think that they'd win it but I guess they were unlucky.

Except you are going against the top defensive team in the NFl. It's going to make a difference.

True. I don't really care who wins, but I would love a close game.

Also, isn't Carolina the top offense?

Not really; they're good, but definitely not THE top. I'd say the top offenses are the Seahawks, the Patriots, and the Steelers (with Big Ben healthy).

Then again, Denver might f*ck up like las time with New England, so don't count out Carolina.

Carolina, no question. Here's why:

1. Defense Wins Championships
As cliche as it may sound, it's true. And there's no defense better fit to stop Peyton Manning's offense. The front line can get plenty of momentum to put pressure on Peyton and make him throw before he's ready. The Panthers have two freakish linebackers (namely Thomas Davis and Luke Kuechly) that they can either use to rush Peyton or hang back in coverage, along with Josh Norman and company. If the past two games are any indicator, Luke Kuechly. Enough said.

As far as the running game goes, we've seen Jared Allen on the line stuffing guys before they can gain any momentum, and, again, you have an elite set of linebackers who can chase the backs down if they do happen to get any sort of momentum.

2. Offense Wins Championships, Too
While the former is true, the latter is also true. There's no offense in the NFL as dynamic as the Panthers have been this season. They steamrolled the Cardinals two weeks ago and are generally an extremely powerful team. The Broncos are doing very well on offense as well, but as I mentioned earlier, Carolina literally has the BEST defense to matchup against the Broncos.

The game won't be as bad as 2014, but the Broncos won't come away with a win this time, either.

What? Denver has better defense that Carolina. Denver is ranked 1 in the power ranking on ESPN.

Read what I wrote. I didn't say that Carolina had an objectively *better* defense than Denver, but simply that the matchups for the logistics of each offense, Carolina's defense will be more effective.
