Well, I've just changed from trusty 3.6x to 4.
I'll need to use it for a while before I can really say that it's better, but it definately seems to make a more efficient use of space at least.

Initial impression: Very good!

The pin as app tab thing is awesome, except that you can't see when you have notifications on facebook.

It definately seems faster.

@Koopin: I love Google, but Chrome wasn't my cup of tea. TOO minimalist.

@Grayparret: All of my addons were backwards compatible.

According to this video the tab should glow when something changes on a website though I don't know if it works with FB.

OK, so I've been using Firefox 4 for a few days now and I'm convinced...
This is a great browser. I've got a sweet persona, I've customised it with some awesome add-ons (Apture Highlights, get it) and I'm just generally enjoying the crap out it.

I still think IE9 and FF4 owe a lot to Google Chrome in how they've designed their new interfaces. The idea is more space to view the pages by compacting all the features a browser should have, into the least space and it really works.

I highly recommend upgrading your browser, regardless of whether you use Internet Explorer or Firefox. If you use Chrome, I'd suggest at least trying Firefox.

Firefox always crashes on my pc. I have no idea why. I'm pretty sure I have the newest version and it's never done it on other pc's ive used.
