Can I just delete everything from it?
Or are there things I shouldn't take out?

(I am referring to the folder commonly placed @ C/ProgramFiles/Windows/Temp)

I think I will just manually delete it.
This program I got from john does not work whenever what it's deleting is more than one item.

So, can the files all be deleted or do they have to be gone through individually (in which case the program would be preferable)?
