How do I save a picture in any other format besides JPEG? You can't upload JPEG photos to Debate.org, so I can't add new pictures to change my profile picture when avatar weeks happen :(

Anybody know?

On mine, you can just manually rename the file name from say "photo.jpg" to "photo.tiff" and it automatically converts it. I have an older MacBook Pro with Lion updated.

I have the brand new MacBook Pro, and it's very frustrating. No matter the filetype of the picture, it saves it as a JPEG, which can't be uploaded to DDO. How do you manually rename the file?

Right click on the picture.

Go to "Get Info" or something like that.

Scroll down to file name.

Change JPEG to JPG.

Ive personally done this many times.

Get Windows

Or if you feel like opening the picture in a program such as photoshop you can save as and change the file type from the drop down menu.

Click on a file - once. Then press the enter button and you will be able to edit the name. Change the format to the desired one. Exceptionally easy.
