~Bigger screen?

-Touch
~Colors?
~More memory.
~Slightly larger?
~Camera?
~Voice control?

They're making the iPod so complicated and convuluted these days. I don't want to sound like a puritan or prude, but simplicity is always awesome: give me an mp3 player whose primary feature is music and whose other features are few in number and minor in nature.

They should put a gun and one bullet in each Apple product so people can 'opt out' from their usage when they get one.

iPods are so ove - . What ever happened to having a plain old MP3 player?

The media hyped up the brand. I remember my old MP3. :) I just love music and hardly use the apps/etc. on my iPod, however, I enjoy the format and layout of them.

Hey, MP3 players can have a similar format. Mine does and it costs like half the price.

I think there is ample memory and ample screen. What is needed for all of them is a longer battery life.

They need to update them so that they support FLAC and lossless codecs.

Supporting .docx would be good.

With the broadening of the multiple functions of small, hand-held devices like phones and ipods, I would imagine that at some point the phone and the ipod would be one and the same. Cell-phones do so much more than call people and mp3 players do so much more than music. They will intersect at some point completely.

The ipodtouch is sweet. I only purchased it for two reasons really and one of the main reasons wasn't music. I got so I could do my learning reviews on the fly with an SRS (http://en.wikipedia.org...) without having to lug around my laptop and so I could have a portable dictionary. The music, internet and such is just an added bonus.

Yeah, many smart phones are starting to do that, iPhone, Blackberry, Palm, and now Droid.

The thing that turns me, and basically everyone else in Ireland, is the fact you have to use Tunes, being that 99% of Irish people illegally download music.

Then just use it as a music player - don't have to use the store.

Problem is most Irish people are competent enough to get past iTunes.

theLwerd is actually rather correct. Not too many people continue massive partying by their mid 20's. When I went out last night, I only had one double shot of whiskey, usually I'm the DD so I can laugh at all the drunk morons that are out on the 21 run.

It's not hard to get illegal songs into itunes to put them on ipods.
