What, in your opinion, is the best internet browser available (for free)? Personally, I default to Google Chrome, with Firefox as my back-up. What browser do you use (Please don't say Internet Explorer)?

Firefox
Opera
And safari

Chrome I use, but I use Firefox, opera, and safari the most as they are the best. The new IE is okay (much improved), but still behind the others.

I hate safari with a passion, Apple software is possibly the worst I've ever dealt with.

I definitely prefer Chrome. Can't stand the interface of Safari, and I use Windows XP (a deadly sin on a technology forum I know) so... For some reason my experiences with Firefox aren't brilliant, but like IE I haven't used Firefox with any regularity for a year or 2, so I'm behind the curve.

Chrome is a winner.

Firefox has some wierd error where an error box pops up about twenty times before it starts. I could reinstall it, but I find it to not be worth my time.

Yeah... I'm going to keep saying Tor isn't a browser.

Ok. Go ahead and take your misinterpretation of a Wikipedia article over that of a hackers first hand account.

What 'hackers' first hand account?

From the Tor Project website "Tor works with many of your existing applications, including web browsers, instant messaging clients, remote login, and other applications based on the TCP protocol.".

I'm still 99% sure Tor isn't a browser, and I've seen absolutely no evidence against this.
