Uhm... why does it have to be in space?

Or lose the race to rats
Get caught in ticking traps
And start to dream of somewhere
To relax their restless flight
Somewhere out of a memory of lighted streets on quiet nights..."

Because there is many kind of cooking method that can only be performed in space. Vacuum freezing which I showed for example, would require a light density liquid or foam to be inject on space, the zero level pressure in space would have burst it up in to even lighter texture and suddenly frozen back to solid state. So what I got should be a cushy but light body ice cream (which I would be very mush enjoy :D)

Something like cooking spherical souffle in zero gravity environment is also nice to think of. You should be able to use harder material in the recipe without worrying whether souffle will rise (it is zero gravity any way).

Something along this line.
