That's right folks, Sega Genesis is about to step it up to compete with PS3, XBOX 360, and Nintendo WII. With hot old titles like Kid Chameleon, Mortal Kombat I, Madden '95, and Altered Beast, Genesis is threatening to take back the market through inexpensive prices, annoying repetitive soundtracks, awkward gameplay, and familiar titles that pioneered video gaming for all of us to enjoy. So throw away those expensive $300 dollar systems and head to a pawn shop near you for non-stop gameplay.

Sega decided that they wouldn't need to corner the market on software, because they already cornered the market on the patented 3-button controller as well as the powerful 32x component and sega CD.

>.> But that is generally useless when the emulators are not only better, but more accessible without the needless extra systems around. By selling the rights to their classic games to Microsoft, there is no reason for people to bother buying Sega systems unless they're truly that into classic consoles.
