Hi, can anyone here suggest good HTML->mobi converters that won't break your Kindle?
I downloaded a zip of HTML pages from open-lit, a collection of essays from a Ming Dynasty author, and converted to mobi with Calibre, but it froze my Kindle several times. I ended up reading some Lamb on that commuting trip (which isn't bad at all, but I wish I could have read what I had intended.)
It's not on Gutenburg and Wikisource is the only other site for it, but the Chinese version of Wikisource doesn't have book production available, so I can't download it as an epub and turn it into a mobi.
Does anyone have good HTML->mobi converters to suggest? Thanks.
The thing is, I hate relativism. I hate relativism more than I hate everything else, excepting, maybe, fibreglass powerboats... What it overlooks, to put it briefly and crudely, is the fixed structure of human nature. - Jerry Fodor
