9/28/2009 10:12:44 AM Posted: 1 month ago I'm interested on doing a debate with the resolution: Art and/or music is not important in grade school. I'd like to be Pro on this issue; however, I'm going away for a long weekend on Thursday so this debate would probably have a 12 - 24 hour time limit to submit an argument. Would anyone be interested in taking the Con position within these parameters?

9/28/2009 3:52:13 PM Posted: 1 month ago Yes, I think I would take this.
Grade school is age 4-10? I'm not sure if it's the same as primary school in England. Unless you have an unusual or extremely specfic definition of "important", I would probably accept a challenge on this. We are probably living in a computer simulation http://www.debate.org... 9/28/2009 3:57:39 PM Posted: 1 month ago I would argue this on the basis that early exposure to the arts helps the process, but I have too much on my plate in terms of schoolwork. It seems like an interesting topic though, and I'd like to see it debated :P

9/29/2009 7:57:18 AM Posted: 1 month ago Alright, I can debate both of you on it next week then :)
I'm just bored this week (as I did all my school work early) so I wanted to debate to keep myself intellectually stimulated. Haha. But it's cool. C U Next Tuesday! |
