NOT always. As you see panda AS WELL as hal both have been banned and ARE BACK as contributing members of the DDO COMMUNITY. Also just because something happens doesn't mean IT WAS JUST! For example the holocaust HAPPENED but WAS UNJUST. Similarly I was BANNED but it was UNJUST!
