Assuming that it is not in the public high schools of the U.S., WHY IS IT NOT a required course?

- Increased voter turnout - Better informed public on political issues Why it shouldn't? - A student shouldn't be required to do anything - Debates require well formed arguments, and thus, can occupy alot of a students time - Intensive debating studying means we must debating in a test tube and teach it as a theory. |
