Educational efficiency.

In this era of scarce education resources, expenditures need to be scrutinized carefully. Redundancy should be minimized, if two program one has in school have a potential to be taught together at a cut cost for no cut in benefit, they really should be combined.

For example, there is a great deal of pressure to expand both physical education and sexual education. One thing that would help without taking resources from other programs is combining them. A hands-on sexual education course ensures that they can learn the same information, that it will be far more memorable to the student than book learning, and, taught properly, can lead to burning quite a few calories, making students less obese. Whaddya think?

Looks like you could use some of that education if you can't solve that equation without using the crossing pencils shortcut.

Hell, the crossing pencils shortcut won't work very often anyway. The margin of error isn't wide enough and it's an inductive method.

As for the plan itself, if the school has a higher male population than female, I pity the teacher that would have to design that curriculum and implement it. It's hard enough to get boys to dance together in PE :P I don't think many are versed in the horizontal man mambo, nor do I think it'll start catching on anytime soon.

Furthermore, I ponder what the state standards for health education would look like...(insert Kama Sutra here).
