This is an English-speaking site, so obviously one expects English singers. From those, I think Whitney Houston, Laura Branigan, and a couple of others have fantastic voices and songs.

I mostly listen to ex-Yugoslav songs, so the female singers (no particular order) that I have in my heart are some of those in the videos. There are also a few others.
