Me and a couple of my teammates started talking about this on a long run and probably discussed whether it was good or bad to have sex the night before a race for about an hour. From the limited research I've done, I've found that it is bad for men, but good for women. I'd like your opinions and if you know of the runners world article about, I know I read it a few years ago and didn't really understand it and would like to know what it says now that I sort of get it.
