If you put a CD in drawer and locked that drawer, and then I broke the lock, took the CD and uploaded the videos I found on that CD, that would be an invasion of privacy. It's alot different than when you put a video on youtube which anyone is allowed watch.

First off, its a free country. If you dont like it, go to communist china. Im sure the censorship laws there will prove to better suit your needs.

Secondly, So what if I_am_panda posts a vid. Apart from the fact that it is Lwerds fault for not making it private, its called gossip. And it exists for a reason.

Thirdly, i see no invasion of privacy. Sorry, but this is the intrawebs. You dont get to shout and scream when you post a vid for all the world to see. As said above, it may have been a mistake for not making it Private, but guess what, its a mistake on your end. You pay the consequences. The consequence is this thread. Simple as that.

I understand this. My point is, take this to Personal Messages, and take it off the public domain. Its that easy to shut I_am_panda up. And me, for that matter. I wont double post over and over if the thread is dead. I am not Datcmoto.

I don't really see the big deal in re-posting this video. I posted the link to Vi's profile (so other people would be able to see it if they clicked on it) awhile ago and she didn't mind, so I'm not sure what the big deal is this time. Maybe she's just annoyed because Panda took the time to highlight something random and unnecessary which calls attention to our personal relationship. While there's nothing wrong with it - and we certainly do it - that's because it's ours to call attention to and for no one else to (theoretically) use for their own entertainment purposes.

So while Panda technically did nothing wrong, I guess she's upset that someone would take the time to call attention to our non-DDO lives without our consent. I think that's a reasonable enough request, despite me not accidentally knowing/thinking to make the video private. It's really not a big deal at all, imo. Then again, Vi is probably still upset about her personal info being displayed on the DDO Wiki and a litte sore about that... sooo, if my girlfriend doesn't like it - then I don't like it either. Happy wife, happy life.

Oh yeah? What's the reason? Just because it exists doesn't mean she has to like it. She is allowed to voice her opinion, and I can assure you that she doesn't care about yours. It's not like your $.02 matters anyway, and it's no big profound shocker that people like gossip, Yoda. I accept "responsibility" for not knowing how to make a video private. I didn't think that people would care enough to watch it, or care enough to watch and post it. My bad. She's just asking for a little consideration on a sensitive subject. Can you try being a little understanding? Or does your 6 year old "This is a free country!" instinct take over?

Ps. It's ok, bb - I'm sure Panda (and others) have got the message: You're not comfortable with people posting stuff about you without your consent if it's non-DDO related. Whether they agree with it or not, the TOS actually forbids it so I'm sure it won't happen again. As for me, I apologize for not making it private (you're right - I didn't know how - hehe). No biggie. I love you :)
