3" in Atlanta{ U.S } today 12/8/2017 is most ever since 1892.

Greenhouse effect = more moisture falling, where and when is not as easy to predict.

Greenhouse Effect > Global Warming > Irratic/Chaotic Extreme Weather

Since the data has only been collected since 1892 and the earth has had 2 ice ages and constant climate change in the last 65 million years this is just a regular climate change occurrence

No need to panic, everything will be ok, no need to go into paranoia
