I've been following this story for quite a while now. Link is at the end, but I'll give a short summary.

Basically: three years ago when this boy, Jordan Brown, was 11, he was arrested and accused of killing his father's 8 month pregnant fiancee with an execution style shotgun blast to the head. He was originally going to be tried as an adult for double homicide (8 months constituted the baby's personhood) and could have faced life in prison if convicted. But in the end he got tried as a juvenille, 3 years later after all the hooplah of the original trial. Anyway--today he was found guilty, and could be in juvenille court custody until he's 21 for treatment.
