Physicists who work in QM have to use probabilities because it is utterly impossible to isolate every variable. Even in the most isolated experiments, it is impossible to keep the external from bleeding in. This is one of the reasons we can not freeze an object down to absolute zero. New Agers have a really off base interpretation of things due to thei insistence on denying determinism to satisfy their egotistical desire to be more than what they are. No one is going to re-grow a limb by vibrating their sacral chakrah. If quantum healing is to be done, it will almost certainly be done with the aide of technology. Most likely entirely by machines.
