Do normal people...
1. think that they could kill millions of people without feeling remorse?
2. want to become a world dictator?
3. enjoy the thought of revenge on someone who has seriously wronged them (like torturing them before death)?

At the moment, I would never do any of these things and I believe I'm a good person. Yet, I have these thoughts. #1 I think of and know its wrong, I would never commit it, but I still can tell I wouldn't feel bad IF I did commit it.

#2, well, that one I actually want to do. However, I'm not so naive to think I could do it in my lifetime. I just simply wish to set the wheels in motion for it to happen.

#3, I'm pretty pacifistic but I could imagine myself torturing and killing a person who, for instance, killed someone I loved. Of course, once again, I wouldn't actually do it.

I just want to know if its okay to think these things even though I'd never do them. I don't know. Just looking for an outside point of view.

Obviously we're all going to have certain characteristics of a sociopath, narcissist, depressive, etc. It doesn't mean that we actually suffer from those ailments. I think it becomes a problem if these tendencies either start to affect your life (you act on them), or if they're tearing you up on the inside. Since that doesn't seem to be the case, I think you're fine. However, since you were recently talking about how your faith in Christ is stronger than ever, you may want to read up on some of what Jesus had to say about some of the things you've described o.O

Lol, that's my issue. I figure that as long as I know these are wrong and don't act on them, Jesus will forgive me.

True. But if you're bothered by it that much, it couldn't hurt to talk about it with someone. I'm guessing that guys in Texas are too macho to do that though.

1. It really depends on the situation of the million deaths.

2. That's perfectly fine and not immoral at all. There's nothing inherently wrong about being a world dictator, it's what you do once you are dictator that counts.

3. Definitely nothing wrong with you. If someone killed the one I love, I wouldn't do anything *except* seek him out and torture him to a very, very slow and painful death.

No you would feel bad.

Well I know I would do a good job.

Yes I could do that.
Certainly kill, maybe a little bit of torture.

All of the above sound like a rational response to several situations, many of which are present today.
First and current President of DDO. Or dictator, I don't really care.

If you aren't prepared to kill for something, you shouldn't make a law about it.

If you think Jesus will forgive you, that means that you indeed have sociopathic symptoms...lol

But anyway.. It would depend on how frequently you think these thought...thoughts lead to actions and logically speaking..if you think about something long enough.. it will eventually happen.
