If you pick correctly, you get to pick next week (stay-alive); if you pick incorrectly, then you are out of the pool. You can only use a team once - in other words, you can't pick the same team in two different weeks. The last man standing wins the $$$. I think last year, the pool ended around Week 13ish. It's tougher than meets the eye.
