Judging from what personal rapid transit is, and the controversy it has aroused, there might be a few problems needed to be resolved: how to regulate the system, and prevent people from manipulating it by their own whims, and so on...

Now, some might cry "socialism" but let me explain: The government in Europe provides things that are necessary to everyone like health care etc. Why not cars? Living in California without a car is like living in hell.
