9/10/2011 7:55:19 PM Posted: 1 year ago This is exactly what I have been thinking about for awhile, with an exception. Individual pods should be large enough to park a vehicle in. People will simply drive to the train station, park it in and ride the track, preferably free of charge.

9/10/2011 7:58:52 PM Posted: 1 year ago Thats so awesome. Maybe the U.S should invest in installing these and make, New York, for example, the first futuristic city of the entire world. That ought to help the economy.

9/10/2011 7:59:19 PM Posted: 1 year ago Honestly, I prefer personal rapid transit over that of the subway...I find the prospect of traveling with only a small group of people, or myself, to be far more promising than with a greater group...though there could be a few problems with the realizing of that dream. Judging from what personal rapid transit is, and the controversy it has aroused, there might be a few problems needed to be resolved: how to regulate the system, and prevent people from manipulating it by their own whims, and so on...

9/10/2011 8:44:44 PM Posted: 1 year ago What is the benefit as opposed to a regular train? It says it is more economical but what makes that so?
You didn't build that-Obama It's pretty lazy to quote things you disagree with, call it stupid and move on, rather than arguing with the person. -000ike |

9/10/2011 11:21:25 PM Posted: 1 year ago I think everyone should get free cars provided by the government. Now, some might cry "socialism" but let me explain: The government in Europe provides things that are necessary to everyone like health care etc. Why not cars? Living in California without a car is like living in hell.

You couldn't pay me to ride in those filthy germ infested snot rides. My remarks are true and correct. Your assertion that the dregs of society who ride public transportation don't do such things is what is senseless and illogical. One can only imagine what would take place in an individual personal form of public transportation. Just call em "rolling jack shacks", because that is what they would be. Your understanding of the nature of the dregs of society is naive if you don't think these thing won't happen. |
