The Church of Scientology is a cult that should NOT have protection from the IRS.
The Tom Cruise couch jumping religion isn't a religion at all but a cult, and a dangerous cult at that. I would LOVE for a Scientologist to take this, but I doubt if any are in here they'd have the guts to do so. It would just cost too much in auditing sessions afterward.
