Are anti-vaccination activists to blame for measles' comeback?

  • Yes, anti vaccine people are to blame for measles comeback in the US

Before people were spreading rumors and propaganda about vaccines causing autism without evidence, measles was something that was close to eradicated in the United States. Now, measles is making its comeback and primarily in areas where people vaccinate their children less often. One of the areas affected was around a super church who taught the congregation to fear vaccines.

  • They Are Partly To Blame

Anti-vaccination activists are not fully to blame for any epidemic. However, they are sowing scientific ignorance in America. Vaccines work, and to say otherwise is to ignore a wealth of scientific data and decades of provable history. Their advocacy is extremely reckless, and it endangers lives of their and other people's children.
